Temporary Work

It involves a kind of a trilateral agreement between an employee, employer - Go West & Co. and temporary employer - Go West & Co.’s client. The service involves the following procedure: we find workers in Eastern Europe in line with the needs of the client, we take care of official permits for stay and employment in Poland, the workers are then hired by Go West & Co. on a temporary employment contract basis and seconded to work in the client's firm.
